Responsible for coordinating and achieving inspections and approvals for completion of what was, at the time, the largest building on the UCLA campus. Created and implemented sign-off plan involving individual subcontractor representatives, University of California inspection team and OSHPD officials. Coordinated field personnel installations to achieve project schedule and stay within project budget.
